By accessing and using CarePay's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Services
CarePay provides a digital platform for managing payroll calculations for foreign caregivers in Israel. Our services include salary calculations, work day tracking, payroll report generation, and related tools. The service is designed to assist with calculations but does not constitute legal or financial advice.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Promptly update any changes to your information • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The CarePay service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CarePay and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our written permission.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any data you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: • Use our services for any illegal purpose • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code • Collect information about other users without consent • Use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. CarePay is a calculation tool and does not replace professional legal, tax, or accounting advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarePay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
